Why do you require a deposit?
We request a deposit because, on many occasions, clients book and either don’t show up or fail to cancel on time. Since we operate by appointment only, we prepare everything in advance to ensure that it’s ready upon your arrival. When appointments are not canceled in a timely manner, it creates operational costs that we need to cover.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
Bank transfers.
Cash payments.
PayPal is also available, but an additional 10% fee will be applied to cover PayPal’s transaction charges.
Do you offer transportation?
No, we do not offer transportation services. However, we can assist you with recommendations for reliable local transportation options.
Do I need to book a massage or facial session in advance?
Yes, we work by appointment only. Book at least 4 hours in advance, or ideally, a day before.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?
We operate by appointment only. If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, we require at least 4 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees, and a full refund will be issued (minus a 10% fee for bank commissions when applicable). However, if you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, we will keep the full amount of the service as a penalty

We offer relaxing massages, deep tissue, botica, customized, four-hand massages, and facials. We do NOT offer sexual or tantric services. Our services are exclusively therapeutic.
