Booking Terms

These are the simple terms for booking a massage with Botica Spa, at Casa Botica or at your hotel, villa, Airbnb or home. Booking with us means you agree to them.

How to book

You can book online with the Book button on this site, or over WhatsApp at +52 984 268 7428. Either way, tell us the treatment you want, your preferred date and time, the number of people, and where (Casa Botica, or your hotel, villa, Airbnb or zone). A booking is only confirmed once Botica replies to say so; a request or a hold on its own does not guarantee the slot. Same-day bookings are welcome with at least 4 hours’ notice.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN). The price on our price list is the price you pay. Playa del Carmen and Playacar use our standard menu. The rest of the Riviera Maya has its own menu. Both are published in the full menu. You can pay by card online, Apple Pay and Google Pay included, or in cash in pesos, US dollars or euros.

When you book online, you send a booking request with a deposit. In Playa del Carmen and Playacar it is $1,000 MXN per appointment, or the full amount if you prefer. In the rest of the Riviera Maya it is the full amount. You pay it when you book. Botica Spa checks the schedule and confirms your time by email, WhatsApp or both, as you choose. If your time is taken, we offer you another one.

Your card is saved with our payment provider, Stripe, for the balance and for the cancellation policy below. We never see or store your card number. You pay the balance on the day of your massage: in cash with 5% off, or to the same card if you ask. With a monthly offer, you pay the balance in cash or by transfer, and the 5% cash discount doesn’t apply. We never charge it on our own.

What we bring, what you provide

We bring everything: a professional massage table, clean linens, cream or oil and music. All you need is a space of roughly 3×2 meters and, ideally, a comfortable room temperature. Please let us know in advance of any allergies, injuries, or health conditions so your therapist can adapt the session safely.

Cancellations and no-shows

• Cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before and we refund what you paid, minus the bank fee (never more than 5%).
• With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, the full price of your massage is charged to the card you paid with.
• Your payment confirms your request. Botica checks availability and confirms your time by email or WhatsApp. If your time is taken, we offer you another one. If it does not work for you, we refund what you paid.

To cancel or change your appointment, WhatsApp us or reply to your confirmation email. If we ever have to cancel on our side, we offer you a new time or a full refund of what you paid.

Respect and safety

Our therapists are certified professionals. Botica Spa provides therapeutic and relaxation massage only. Any inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately, with no refund.
